Our Mission

Our goal is to give back to our community through our non profit EMPOWERING SPACES Inclusive Organizing & design.  Our vision and hope is that Empowering Spaces will be able to serve two very important missions. 

The first being to give our time for free to serve individuals with intellectual disabilities in setting up their space with a personalized plan and routine that will help grow confidence, independence, routine, and productivity in their abilities! Our training in Person Centered Planning has taught us that our environment plays a key role in our lives. We have witnessed firsthand with our daughter Addison how much an empowering space can harness growth, confidence, and independence allowing abilities to take flight!

 The second goal is to hire individuals with disabilities to come work with us to serve others. There is no greater feeling in the world than being able to spread love through service. Our goal is to hire  individuals with disabilities. We will teach them organization, categorizing, and workmanship skills so they can become part of our team and TOGETHER we can help others and build our community up for a future filled with endless possibilities!
